Tips：

V shape represents a stitch. As shown in the picture, three yellow colors represent three stitches.

In this article, we button the yellow button when we finish the first stitch.

We button the blue button when we finish the last stitch.

R2 crochet order is inc in each stitch. repeat 6 times.

When we finish crocheting each row, we must count the number of stitches in this row. this is the best way to ensure that the crochet is correct.

After slip stitch (sl),we get 12 st for R2.

R3

R3 crochet order( sc,inc ) repeat 6 times.

When there are two stitches left in this round ,then crochet sc,  inc again. （If we only have one stitch left, it means we made a mistake in the previous crochet and need to correct it.）

After sl , we get R3

18 st for R4.

R4

Crochet order：(sc,inc,sc) repeat 6 times.

When there are three stitches left in this round ,then crochet sc,  inc,sc again.

When R4 is completed, there are 24 stitches in total.

R5

Crochet 1sc for each stitch, a total of 24.

R12 crochet order is each stitch with sc.

So, we will get 12 st for R12.

R13

R13:Crochet order：(sc,dec) repeat 6 times.

When there are three stitches left in this round ,then crochet sc,  dec again.

When R13 is completed, there are 12 stitches in total.

It should be noted that the decrease stitches must be crocheted tightly. If not, there will be gaps between the stitches.

R14

R14 crochet order is each stitch with sc.

When R13 is completed, there are 12 stitches in total.

Fiberfill

As shown in the picture, make the loops bigger, because if the loops are too small, they will not be found after the filling is added.

Add the filling on the right to the hole on the left fabric.

My method is to add the filling slowly, and the final appearance is not too soft, nor too hard.

R15

First crochet a chain stitch, then pass the yarn end into the yarn needle, and decrease the stitches by spacing one stitch and picking up one stitch.

When R15 is completed, there are 6 stitches in total.

There is no need to cut and conceal yarn end because the bones will need to be sewn later.

We need to crochet one more from R1-R4 again , then put the two together, start with a chain stitch, and then crochet a total of 16 single crochet.

R5 crochet order dec , repeat 8 times.

When R5 is completed, there are 8 stitches in total.

R6

R6 crochet order (sc,dec) repeat 2 times, 2sc again.

When R6 is completed, there are 6 stitches in total.

This row will be more difficult to crochet, because the fabric is slowly getting smaller, so don’t rush, crochet slowly.

R7

R7 crochet order is each stitch with sc.

When R7 is completed, there are 6 stitches in total.

R8

Same as R7.

R9

Same as R8.

Cut yarn end and use hook to bring out the yarn end.

Fiberfill

We can use tweezers to slowly add the filler into the hole in the bone.
